With completion of each Quest Workshop, you will receive 5.0 hours of Professional Development complete with certification.

Also available through Brandman University is 1 Graduate Elective Credit. Registration form must be completed and required materials submitted to Brandman no later than 6 months after date of workshop.

ONLINE:

The fastest and easiest way to register is online. Simply click the Events tab on the website and choose a state, then a seminar and hit the register link. If you have already registered with the site, you will fill out a simple form that will allow you to easily manage your registration later. From that point simply follow the on screen directions!

FAX:

Fill out the registration form from your flyer or print one that you have downloaded from the "Details" link from an event you wish to attend. Then fax the form to (573) 336-8379.

Of course! You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided on your registration. I you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us by phone at (573) 336-8372, or by email at info@questeducationsystems.com.

Absolutely! Just ensure that you fax a copy of the Purchase Order to (573) 336-8379. Also, please note your name on the Purchase Order so we can cross reference it with your registration form.

In order to cancel and receive a full refund, you must notify Quest in writing 72 hours prior to the workshop. If notification is not received in writing, you will be held responsible for payment. In order to cancel, you may send an email stating your name, title, date and location of workshop along with request to cancel to gvinson@questeducationsystems.com.

Definitely. Feel free to substitute at any time. Early notification is best, but if it is last minute, the replacement should let the registration desk know at the time of the seminar.

Sure, walk-ins are accepted on a space available basis. However, to ensure we will have resources available, prior registration is preferred. No cash please.

Typically, our registration for training takes place from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. and the training lasts from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. A lunch break will be scheduled by the instructor at a convenient time.

Unfortunately, occasionally, events beyond our control force us to cancel events. If weather conditions in your area are adverse, call the hotel or convention center for cancellation information. Should one of our instructors not be able to make the events for illness, injury, or personal emergency, the events will likely be cancelled. Remember, these are highly trained Subject Matter Experts and are not easily replaced. If an event is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
